Located in Sioux Falls, SD, just off Veterans Parkway and East 33rd Street. When complete, PowderHaus will be home to 425 units featuring studio up to three-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom townhomes.

Deer Creek Apartments opened in Estherville, IA in April of 2022. Since then, the property as been at or near full occupancy. Phase II is currently under construction.
