On May 8, 2025, Eagle Construction, along with Talon Development, proudly hosted the official groundbreaking ceremony for Pioneer Apartments in Cherokee, Iowa. This exciting event marked the start of construction on a new multifamily community designed to meet the growing housing needs of the area. Local officials, community leaders, project partners, and members of the Eagle Construction team gathered at the site to celebrate this important milestone.
