Why did you join Eagle?

Joining Eagle has been one of my best career choices.  It is clear to see that Eagle is an innovative, employee driven, and forward-thinking company.  I love how well Eagle delivers the highest level of professionalism from concept to completion.

Who has been your largest influence?

My Family. I grew up with my Grandpa and my Father working in construction so I have always been interested in the building industry.  I am the handyman of our family so you can catch me on my weekends, working on vehicles, helping with side projects and I love teaching my 3 children by modeling a good work ethic! My amazing fiancé Jennifer is a great mom to our children Lilliana (9), Zachary (3) and Benjamin (2).

If you could travel anywhere, where would it be to?

My family enjoys going to the Black Hills every summer.  It is always nice to get away in the hills and feel restored!

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

While growing up I wanted to be an Architect. I surprisingly went on to attend Southeast Technical Institute for CAD drafting which was a very first step for me in that journey. I have strayed away from it since graduating as we didn’t have an in-state accredited college to get my bachelor’s degree but now there is a chance to go further as SDSU has the accreditation.

What is one skill you would love to learn?

I’d love to go further in my learning and get my architecture degree and be able to design and help projects move from start to finish!

What’s a fun fact about you that may surprise us?

I am a great chef & cook. I am a master smoker (I have two smokers) and I love trying new things to smoke or grill!

How do you define success?

When we can work as a team and have a shared vision, everyone succeeds.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Anything on the smoker!

I love how dedicated Eagle is to their employees. They truly treat everyone like family and it has been a breath of fresh air to work for such a great company!
